Book as a combo · single payment
FLEX HABITAT has verified room combos for groups of up to 10, 15, 20 and 27 people. When an option matches one of these combos, the rooms included are booked together, in a single booking with a single payment on Airbnb.
Currently, all FLEX HABITAT bookings and accommodation payments are made exclusively through Airbnb. This site and WhatsApp help you find options and get guidance; they don’t process bookings or accommodation payments. Any extra service during your stay is arranged directly with your host, who will tell you the service, its price and how to pay beforehand.

If you arrive before check-in or need to store your bags after check-out, ask us. When possible, we can help store them between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The service is subject to availability and may have an extra cost.

Not included. In Laureles you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets and shops just steps away.

Arrival and safety
Self check-in with a code from 3:00 p.m. For your registration, send the IDs of everyone on the reservation through Airbnb messages; once we receive them, we’ll send you the code and access instructions. Cameras only in common areas: entrance, hallways and stairs at Location A, and building entrances at Locations B and C. Never in rooms, bathrooms or inside the apartments.

What is Flex Habitat and where is it?
Accommodation in Laureles, Medellín: 9 private rooms and 6 apartments across 3 locations close to each other. Airbnb gives you the exact address once your booking is confirmed.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 66 guests across the three locations. Location A hosts up to 38 in a single building (9 rooms and 3 apartments); Location B, up to 20 (2 apartments for up to 10 guests each); and Location C, up to 8 (1 apartment).
What is the difference between a room and an apartment?
Rooms (Location A) sleep 2, 3 or 4 guests and have a private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, a work table, a closet, TV and internet; they have no kitchen. Apartments (at all three locations) have a kitchen or kitchen bar, washing machine, TV and internet; they are very well ventilated, with fans and no air conditioning.
Can we travel as a group and each pay our own share?
Yes. Each person or family books and pays for their own room or apartment on Airbnb. The search suggests how to split your group using the fewest places.
What time can I arrive and how do I get in?
Check-in is self-service, with a code, from 3:00 p.m. For your registration, send the IDs of everyone on the reservation through Airbnb messages; once we receive them, we’ll send you the code and access instructions. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We’re still available by message during your stay.
How close are the locations to each other?
On foot, approximately: Location A to Location B, 12 minutes (7.5 blocks); Location A to Location C, 12 minutes (9 blocks); Location B to Location C, 5 minutes (5 blocks).
Is there an elevator?
Location B has an elevator. At Location A, the rooms are 9 steps up from the street, and the apartments (3rd and 6th floors) are reached by comfortable, well-lit, well-ventilated stairs. Location C is on a 3rd floor, also by stairs. In the search you can mark that someone needs an elevator.
What are the house rules?
A quiet place to rest: no parties, no pets, no visitors and no smoking. The rules apply to the accommodation: if you are coming for a concert, a fair or a conference, you are welcome.
Is it good for working or for stays of several weeks?
Yes. Rooms have a work table and internet, and apartments have a kitchen and washing machine for longer stays. The minimum stay depends on each Airbnb listing, where the booking is confirmed and paid. If you travel often, message us on WhatsApp to coordinate.
