Privacy notice and data processing
At Flex Habitat we take care of your data. Here we explain, in plain language, what data is processed when you visit this site or message us, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

What data is processed
Browsing (Microsoft Clarity). Pages you visit, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, language, approximate country or city and which link brought you here (for example, an event page). Clarity also makes anonymous session recordings and heatmaps, and masks what is typed into fields.
Search. The dates and number of guests you choose are used only to show you available options. This site does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
WhatsApp. If you message us, we receive your number, profile name and message, only to reply and help you plan your stay. We do not send you marketing without your permission.
Bookings and payments. These happen only on Airbnb, under its own privacy policy. This site never receives payments or card details.
Cookies and your choice
Until you accept, Clarity measures without cookies: each page is counted separately and you are not recognized across visits.
If you choose Accept, Clarity stores analytics cookies (for example, _clck and _clsk) to link the pages of a single visit. We never use advertising cookies.
Your choice is stored only in your browser. You can change it at any time: change my cookie choice.
Why we use it
To learn which pages, events and links are useful, find errors and improve the site. We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.
Who else processes it
Microsoft processes Clarity data on our behalf, on servers that may be outside Colombia, and keeps it for a limited time under its terms. More information: Microsoft privacy statement.
Your rights
You can: access, update and correct your data; request proof of your consent; learn how it has been used; withdraw consent or ask for deletion; file complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); and access your data free of charge.
How to exercise them
Email us at [email protected] with your request and how to reach you. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as the law requires.

This notice is effective from October 20, 2026. If it changes, we will publish the new version on this page.
